Clyde Cunningham Sr., 73, of Columbus, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2009 at Select Specialty Hospital. He was born May 1, 1936, in Columbus, son of the late Clyde F. and Charlotte Baker Cunningham. In addition to his parents, Clyde was preceded in death by his son, Scott Cunningham. He is survived by his wife, Katherine Cunkel Cunningham; sons, Clyde Cunningham Jr. and Mickey Cunningham; daughter, Tammie (Gregg) Smith; brother, Lester (Bonnie) Cunningham; sisters, Mary Talbert, Katie Byers and Pat (Jim) Smith; grandchildren, Clyde Cunningham III, Mickey Cunningham II, Kyle Smith, Joshua Cunningham and Mataya Smith. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 22, 2009 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City. Funeral service will be Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Green Lawn Cemetery.
