Connie Fergus, age 54 of Grove City, OH, passed away on September 4, 2023. She was born on September 28, 1968 in Cleveland, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold Fergus and Carol Reed, son Eric Joseph William Hager. Connie is survived by daughter Christen Wolf, siblings Tina (Brian) Lucas, Thomas Fergus, Troy (Wendi) Reed, Christopher Reed and Shelly (John) Rouse, grandchildren Sarah, Michael, Samuel and Lewis, step father Maxwell (Debra) Reed, step mother Pam Fergus, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Ohio Health Hospice, 800 McConnell Dr., Columbus, OH 43214.
