Connie M. Overly, age 82, of Chillicothe, passed away Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at Franklin Woods Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. Born June 8, 1925 in Washington D.C.. Connie is survived by her husband of 65 years, Charles R. "Eightball" Overly; daughter, Andrea Krick; son, William J. Overly; grandchildren, Jamee (Kevin) Kruse of Cincinnati; B.J. Overly and Nikki Overly of Missouri; 3 great grandchildren, Molly, MacKenzie and Mickey Kruse; and lifelong dear friend Eva Stepp of Maryland. The family would like to express their appreciation and heartfelt thanks to all of the doctors and medical staff who attended Connie, Franklin Woods Nursing Home, and HomeReach Hospice. Also a special thank you to Lana Detty her caregiver. There will be no calling hours or service as Connie will be cremated at her request. Arrangements have been entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel.
