Connie L. Ward

Connie Lynn Ward was born January 28, 1971 in Columbus, Ohio to Herman and Ella Ward. She was the baby of the family and deeply loved. As a child, she was a girly girl who loved sparkles and playing dress up. As she grew older, she had a deep love of nature, camping and animals throughout her entire life. She especially loved dogs, of which she had many over the years. She was also known to befriend several stray cats along the way.

 Connie was not perfect and she recognized that “God was still writing her story, so she needed to stop trying to steal the pen.” She never lost her gentle nature and caring soul; she recognized her shortcomings, and was facing her battles. Connie accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal savior and was looking forward to spending more time with her family. Connie left us way too soon and she will be greatly missed by many. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution to a local food bank, humane society or homeless shelter.
