Constance Ann Lewis, 86, passed away May 27, 2012. She was born October 6, 1925. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Florence Serio and husband, Richard E. Lewis. Survivors include her daughter, Karen (Carl Pettry) Blake; son-n-law, Carl Pettry; aunt, Lucille Dunn; granddaughter Jacqueline Simpson; great-granddaughter, Sarina Simpson; niece, Debbie Canter and nephew, Clayton Canter and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial mass will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012 at 11:30 am at St. Joseph Cemetery, 6440 S. High St., Lockbourne, OH 43137.
