Cora Rae Ratliff, 16 months, infant daughter of David and Gretchen Skopic Ratliff passed away Friday, October 14, 2011 at her residence. She was born May 21, 2010 in Columbus. In addition to her parents, Cora is survived by her brother, Griffin Bailey; grandparents, Marla Schmader, Sherry Ditton, Randy Ratliff and an extended loving family. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, David Skopic. Visitation will be Thursday, October 20, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus. Memorial service will be Friday, October 21, 2011 at 10:15 AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 414 E. North Broadway Church Columbus, OH. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Down Syndrome of Central Ohio, 10 E. North Broadway Columbus, OH 43214.
