Cora Wasem, 50, of Orient passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 at home. She was born April 8, 1961 in Columbus. Cora was preceded in death by her mother, Geneva Thompson Trail. She is survived by her husband, Jeff Wasem; daughter, Crystal (Joseph) Tuttle; sons, Matt (Dawn) Wasem and Samuel (Mandy) Wasem; father, Everett (Glennis) Trail; sister, Sandy (Greg) Smith; brothers, Jr. (Deanna) Trail, Allen (Jacquie) Trail and Charlie (Jeannie) Trail; grandchildren, Marissa, Emma, Keara, Benjamin, Colton and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 14, 2012 from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway Grove City. Funeral service will be Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Lighthouse Community Christian Church, 11659 S.R. 104 Ashville, OH. Interment will be in Beckett Cemetery.
