Cora Wellman, 70, of Columbus, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2006, at St. Ann's Hospital. She was born July 9, 1936 in Licoln Co. W.Va. She is survived by her husband of 39 years Ray Wellman; son, Jimmy Chapman of Inez, KY; daughter, Mellissa (Mike) Ensley of Lithopolis, OH; brothers, Clyde Stanley Jr., Wendel Stanley and Ernie Stanley all of Beauty, KY; sisters, Estelle (Ronny) Ackers of Columbus, OH, Lois (George) Ferrel of Westerville, OH and Joyce Stanley of Beauty KY; special sister-in-law, Joy Cloney. She is preceded in death by her brother Johnny Stanley. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 10, 2006 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at 4:00 PM at Chafin Funeral Home Delbarton, WVa. Interment will be in White's Family Cemetery Delbarton, WVa.
