D. Frances Butterworth, 82, passed away June 17, 2011. She was born September 11, 1928 in Inez, KY. Preceded in death by parents, James Frank & Jesse Branham; husband, Bernard Butterworth; & brothers, Charles, Jack & Tom. She is survived by children, Michael (Kristy) , Mark (Lisa) & Mitch Butterworth; siblings, Virginia (Darrell) Maynard, Peg Wilson & Doug (Donna) Branham; grandchildren, Phillip, Melissa, Bethany (Kyle), Allison, Trenton, Taylor & Brooke; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Kayley & Ashtyn. Member of Rock Castle Church, Inez, KY. Frances was a loving mother, grandmother & great-grandmother who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Monday, June 20, 2011 at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43231. Funeral service will follow visitation at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial at Blendon Central Cemetery, 10 am Tuesday, June 21, 2011. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
