Daniel Patrick Doran Sr., 56, of Delaware, passed away unexpectedly at his home, Monday, October 1, 2012. Born March 2, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio.
He was a member of the Santoy Conservation Club and worked most of his life as a painter. Dan was known as a "Jack of all Trades" due to his knowledge and handyman capabilities.
Preceded in death by his father, Donald Lee.
Survived by his wife of 31 years, Georgann (Burton); children, Daniel (Rachel) Jr.; Mary (fiancé Aaron); Tracy (Seann) McWilliams; mother, Mary Grace; sister, Pamela De Baun; grandchildren, Austin, Isabelle, Mackenzie, Vincent, Elijah; Aunt Marge; Uncle Mac; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, where funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday.
