Danny Lee Legg

Danny Lee Legg, 67, passed away July 8, 2022 with his family by his side. He was preceded in death by Mearl James and Amy Estelle Legg; wife, Virginia Louise Legg; brother, Bobby James Legg; sisters, Thelma Crago and Brenda Cable. Danny is survived by children, Danny II (Melissa) Legg, Patricia Swain, Casey Legg, and Stacey (Justin) Heslop; grandchildren, Katherine, Karen, Leanna, Hannah, Erin, Scotty, Kenna, Logan, Dylan, Tucker, and Lucas; sisters, Avalene Daniels, Shirley Hardbarger, and Hazel Wright; brothers, Jack (Janice) and Jerry (Amy) Legg.

Danny was a hard worker his entire life and spent much of his life caring for others. He shared his life with his wife, Virginia, from the time they were young children. She always said they had been "together since the first grade". Danny always made sure his family was taken care of, no matter the challenges he had to face. He loved talking about his children and grandchildren, sharing his love and pride for them. While he typically appeared to be pretty serious, he was filled with jokes and loved pranking his new friend next door. He also loved gardening and nurturing his beautiful flowers, keeping the landscape around him beautiful wherever he lived.

Visitation Thursday, July 14, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Friday, July 15, 2022 at 9:30am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, Canal Winchester, OH.
