Danny J. O'Dell, 62, of Galloway, OH, originally from Rainelle, WV, passed away January 10, 2013.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Denzil O'Dell and Elizabeth McGregor.
Danny is survived by his wife, Teri; children, Angela (Gilbert) Ayala of NC, Jennifer (Sam) Jarrell, Kimberly (Tony) Scarberry, Danny O'Dell, Ryan Carpenter-O'Dell, Jacob Carpenter-O'Dell; step-son, Chad Carpenter; sister, Cheryl (Dennis) Lipps of Mt. Nebo, WV; grandchildren, Dustin (Ashley), Sammy, Hunter, Logan, Aiden and Daniel; great-grandchildren, Jaidon, Madison and Devon; and nephew, Chuck (Becky) Lipps.
Graduated from Rainelle HS in 1968. He was an owner/operator truck driver for O'Dell Trucking and managed several local bowling alleys.
Visitation Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 10 am at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Alton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Danny's memory to the OSU Ross Heart Hospital.
