Punk is survived by his loving wife of 6 years Tamica (Perry) Webb, mother Nora (Lester) Webb, children Heather (Kyle) Mathes, Rebecca Dougherty and Trinity Dougherty, grandchildren Madison Wells, Baylee Mathes and Gunner Mathes, siblings Daran (Mandy) Webb, Adam Webb, Mickel (Shena) Webb and Brian Webb.
He was preceded in death by father Darrell R. Webb, Sr.
