David graduated from Franklin Heights High School in 1976. Big Browns fan and of course big buckeye fan. He loved watching the horse races, especially if he had a dollar or two to bet on one. However, his favorite thing in life was spending time with his grandsons. Whenever he mentioned them to me or shared a story his eyes would light up and a big smile was always on his face. Proud Gramps!

A special shoutout to Gary Jordan who was David's Best Friend and was always there for him when he needed him the most. More than once he told me how lucky he was to have Gary as his Best Friend.

Also, a big hug and thanks to Sue Copley who had been friends with him for years. She was my right arm, especially the last few weeks of his life and I am proud to call her my friend too.

In lieu of flowers, the family would love you to make a donation to the American Cancer Society in David's memory.

A Graveside service will take place on Friday, September 6, 2024 at 10am at Green Lawn Cemetery.
