David Alan Baker, 28, passed away unexpectedly on July 19, 2011. Born August 10, 1982 in Columbus, OH. He is survived by his parents, Roy D. Baker and Angela J. (Bill) O'Day; wife, Caley Baker; daughters, Ckiler, Sydney and Haley; son, David II; sister, Amber; brother, Tony; and many other family members. David enjoyed playing basketball with Ckiler and supporting the Dallas Mavericks. Visitation Saturday, July 23, 2011 from 4-7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Sunday, July 24, 2011 at 1 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Donations may be made to the wife, Caley in this difficult time.
