David Robert Edwards, 50, of Columbus, died suddenly on February 25, 2008. He was the beloved son of Garland (Jeannie) Edwards and Suzanne Edwards. Survived by sons, David Edwards II and Evan Edwards and mother Jodi; beloved brothers, Douglas (Michelle) Edwards, and Danny (Kamika) Edwards; only sister, Marina "Beanie" (Troy) Patton; stepsisters, Pam (Billy) Remali, Tonya Tigner and Brett, Dodie (Glen) Cassidy; special friend, Cindy; and many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Preceded in death by twin brother, Michael Edwards; grandparents, William and Martha Duve, and Earl and Iva Edwards. Dave was a graduate of West High School class of 1975, active in wrestling and golf. Received degree from Rutgers. Dave loved to fish and play golf. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March, 5, 2008 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio. Graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 12:00PM at Assumption Cemetery, Barnesville, Ohio.
