David W. Godfrey
May 27, 1930 — June 11, 2022
David Godfrey, age 92, passed away peacefully at Kobacker House on June 11, 2022. "Daddy" is survived and loved by his two daughters Cindy (Eric) Moen and Tracy (Mark) Chambers.
He is also loved by his three granddaughters; Amy (Kyle) Moen Schneider, Jessica (Nick) Chambers Randolph and Marci (Bert) Chambers Schilling and four beautiful great grand children.
In David's early years, he was a special education teacher. He then worked for Big Bear Stores and Hart's Family Centers for 40 years. Later in life he was a home builder, Godfrey Chambers Homes.
David was so loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Dr., Columbus, OH 43214.
