David L. Sites, age 76, Columbus, passed away Monday, August 26, 2013 after a brief stay at Kobacker House following a stroke.
He was a graduate of Linden McKinley HS and Otterbein College. He retired after a dedicated 50 year career with Harold D. Hard Fire Specialists and 6 more years with ABCO after their acquisition. He was also a member of the Knife Makers Guild where he showcased his talented skill.
David is preceded in death by his parents, sister, brother and other numerous family members.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jeanne of 53 years; sons, Jeff Sites (Michelle Clark) and Paul Sites; daughter, Monica (Bruce) Belinky; grandchildren, Jennifer (Cody) Park, Stephanie Sites, Matthew Sites, and their mother Terisa Sites, Tyler Bergsman, Adam Belinky, and Joel Belinky; great grandchild, Jordan Park; loving nieces and nephews, Andre Taylor, Dennis (Shelly) Taylor, Jan (Cheryl) Taylor, and Valerie (Rich) Jenkins.
Private family service will be observed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
