Born to Ralph and Ella (Wheeler) Madeker on March 7, 1938, in St. Louis, MO, David is preceded in death by his mother and a brother, Ralph A. Madeker. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn (Fletcher) Madeker; father, Ralph Madeker; son, David A. Madeker; brothers, William (Donna) and Gerry (Rita) Madeker; cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. At David's request, services will not be held at this time. Newcomer Funeral Home, NE Chapel, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH is honored to serve the Madeker family.
