David Gordon Mullen Jr., age 83, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 at Doctors West Hospital.
He was born on August 1, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio.
Preceded in death by wife, Virginia D. Mullen. David was born in Mingo County, West Virginia to father, David G. Mullen Sr. and mother, Nellie Mullen. He resided in Columbus, Ohio.
Survived by son, Michael (Twyla) Mullen; daughter, Shannon (Mark) Harper; son, Allen Keith (Brenda) Mullen; daughter, Tyara Stinson; daughter, Heather Mullen; grandchildren, Jeremy Harper, Michael Mullen II, Michelle Lucy, Christopher Harper, Joshua Mullen, Aaron Mullen, Krystal Mullen, Sierra Pinkerton, Katlyn Eaton, Courtney Miller, Emily Mullen, Caylee Stinson; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Showing will be held on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, where funeral services will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 1:00pm.
Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
Pastor Michael Harding will be officiating the service.
