Dave was known for his charitable nature, always willing to lend a hand to those in need. His interests included a love for collecting paper money and stamps, hobbies that reflected his love for history and art.
David is survived by his son, Andy (Cindy) Miller; his daughter, Charity (Lee) Blevens; and his grandchildren, Chris Miller, Zachary Miller, Jennifer (Mathew) White, Jacob Blevens, and Emily Blevens. He also leaves behind his sister, Kathy Daigle and sister-in-law Cheryl Miller.
