David H. Worthington, age 52, passed away on August 1, 2021. He was born on September 24, 1968 in Columbus, Ohio to Charles Michael Worthington and Judith Ann (Rush) Stroud. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Michael Worthington; uncle, Michael Hugh Cox. He is survived by his mother, Judith; son, Michael James (Rebecca Hamilton); daughter, Kayla Mahle; brother, Michael Jeffery Worthington; grandchildren, Asher James Worthington, Emberli Sophia Worthington; nephew; Michael Dakota Worthington (Mercedes Stover); aunt, Linda (Tom) Custer; cousins, Lisa (Greg) Miller, Shaun Cox; Jeremy Cox (Heather), Brandi (Ryan) Moore, Julie (Shannon) Metheney, Jill (Shaun) Metheney; and a host of other good friends. Per the family's request , no services or visitations will be observed. Arranegments have been entrusted to the NEWCOMER SOUTHWEST CHAPEL.
