Dean Martin, 68, of Thornville, OH passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022.
Dean was born in Columbus, OH on January 24, 1954 to John and Geraldine (Morgan) Martin. He served four years in the Air Force and spent his career working as an HVAC technician. While stationed in Clovis, New Mexico, he met the love of his life, Jenny L. Stanhope. They married on March 23, 1974, had three children and spent 47 years together.
Dean was welcomed to heaven by his wife, his parents, brothers Richard Martin and Paul Maisenbacher, and grandson Michael.
He is survived by his three children, Michelle (Mike) Powell, Deana (Stephen) Zelko and Gregory Martin, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mother, Carol Martin and siblings, Peggy (Randy) Davis, Majorie Smith, Lori (Scott) Davis, and John Martin.
Dean's family was his top priority whether it was lending a hand or an ear. He was known as Mr. Fix-It and was a jack of all trades. He was an avid fisherman, hot rod enthusiast and rock n' roll lover.
Services will be held for Dean and Jenny on Wednesday February 2, 2022 at Newcomer Funeral Home between the hours of 5-7pm. 3047 East Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus, OH 43231
