Deborah Dorothy Harlow, age 71, passed away on April 14, 2024.
Debbie was preceded in death by father, Bernard Butcher; brothers, Dwayne and D'Norris Butcher; grandparents, Edgar and Dorothy McNeal.
She is survived by mother, LeeAnn Butcher; siblings, Denise Parker, Dedra (Don) Thompson, and Delita Butcher; aunt, Joy Cox; children, Ed (Kara Collins) McNeal, Bobbi Fraker, Robb (Kate) Morgan, and Jason Morgan; grandchildren, Jazmin Malone, Max McNeal, Amanda Bohn, Troy Fraker, Megan Morgan, Sam Hamilton, and Audrey Morgan; numerous great-grandchildren, other extended family and friends.
Debbie graduated from Columbus State Community College and DeVry Institute of Technology. She went on to retire from Nationwide Insurance and Mount Carmel East.
She attended Eastside Grace Church on East Broad St.
Visitation Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 4-8pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Funeral Service Friday, April 19, 2024 at 1pm at the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Obetz Cemetery, Obetz, OH.
