Deborah Sue Horsley

Deborah Sue Horsley passed away on December 4, 2023 surrounded by those she loved dearly and those that loved her. She was born in Columbus, Ohio to Ray and Helen (Skaggs) Mills on March 7, 1955. She married Charley Horsley in 1984 and together they had a beautiful blended family.

Debbie's most valued treasure in her life was her family. She was an avid reader and when she couldn't read books, she would listen to them on tape. She had such a bright personality, just like all of her favorite things, flowers, bees, rainbows, and especially her fur babies.

Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, children; Brook (Todd), Charley Jr., Jeff, and Jerry (Mel), Grandchildren; Jordy (Bri), Shawnee, Jerrica, Kelsey, Rayven (Austin), Nick, Nate, 4 great grandchildren, parents and brother; Ray Jr.. She is proceeded in death by her grandson Cody, Son Travis, and Daughter in law Gerry.

A visitation will be held on Saturday December 9, 2023 from 2 to 5 pm at the Newcomer Southwest Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123.
