Deborah Jean Ratliff

Deborah Jean "Debby" Ratliff, lost her valiant battle against cancer on January 27, 2023. She was the first of four sisters born to the late Clarence and Frankie Ratliff. She was preceded in death by her sister, Sandy (Jim) Harmon.

Debby was survived by daughter, Aimee; sisters, Marcia, Melonie (Steve); grandchildren, Jordan (Sarah), Zackaryah (Alaina), Caimen, Makayla; great-grandchildren, Tyson, Ryah, Jaxson, Sofia, Heath, Connor, Amara, Emily Jean, and many nieces, nephews and friends. Debby was also survived by her God family, Marcia, Teri, Maricia and Terin.

Debby was the embodiment of a gentle soul, loving to love and spread peace and joy wherever she went. Always fighting for what was right, Debby never let her voice go silent when there was an injustice in the world.

She took great joy in making beautiful creations, whether it be through crafting, knitting, baking, or gardening, all of which she enjoyed immensely. The beneficiaries of these creations were often her friends and family, whom she cared for so very much.

If you asked Debby the one thing she loved the most, she would mention the joy that her daughter, grandkids, and great-grandkids brought her.

Visitation will be held from 1-3pm, Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Newcomer Funeral Home, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123, where a funeral service will begin at 3pm.
