Debra Lynn Phillips, born to parents Earl Glenn Moerch and Esther Marie (Stewart) Moerch on February 27, 1957, passed away suddenly at Riverside Methodist Hospital on May 16, 2023. She was 66 years old.
Debbie was a lifelong resident of central Ohio and was a 1975 graduate of Groveport-Madison High School. She was a devoted mother and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Dennis Moerch. She is survived by her husband Kenneth of 34 years, daughter Crystal Hatcher, her husband Chris and their six children of Wintersville OH, son Kenneth Phillips of Dublin, OH, and daughter Stephanie Waggy and her husband Dylan of Wilmington NC. She is also survived by her brother Darrell Moerch and his wife Marta of Albuquerque NM, brother Douglas Moerch and his wife Brenda of Pataskala OH, and sister Donna Burgoon of Grove City OH.
