Debra Sue Wasem, age 68, went home to be with Jesus on September 22, 2021. She passed away peacefully at home while surrounded by family. She was born on November 28, 1952.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Lewis and Genevieve Burns.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Tim; children Kimberly (Ed), Gabriel, and Anthony; grandchildren Zachary (Lauren), Tyler (Jessie), Little Gabe, Jared, Ava; great grandchildren Elijah, Preston, Carter, Eliana; sister Darla, mother-in-law Evelyn; nieces Tina, Dinisha; nephews Chuck, Jimmy; and many other great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Debbie was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, aunt, friend, and dog mom. She loved the Lord and served her family well. She will be forever known as sweet Grandma Debbie by so many. Debbie lit up a room with her beautiful smile. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on October 2nd, at 1:30 pm at Calvary Road Community Church 5108 Norton Rd., Grove City, Ohio 43123.
