Delbert Edward Balling

Delbert "Fast Eddie" Balling, 71, passed away February 14, 2022. He was preceded in death by parents, Floyd Balling I and Mary Elizabeth Balling; brother, Floyd Balling II; sister, Luanne Stone.
Ed is survived by wife, Debbie; children, Melanie Balling, Andrew Balling, Jason Balling, and Libby Balling; grandchildren, Dwight, Cammron, Lexi, John, Zander, and Jazzy; great-grandchildren, Ayanle, Zoey, Mahki, Claire, and Nia; siblings, Bruce Balling and LaVilla Dyke; several nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends, including his Buick Buddies.
Ed was an avid drag racer and cherished time with his family.
Visitation Monday, February 21, 2022 from 11am until the time of Funeral Service at 1pm at Newcomer, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH. Interment to follow at Green Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ed's name to Mount Carmel Hospice c/o Mount Carmel Foundation, 6150 E. Broad St., Columbus, OH 43213-9924.
