Della Marie Stanton Segal, 70, Westerville, passed away Sunday, October 17, 2010, at her residence. Della was born in Brooklyn, NY., August 7, 1940, to Edward and Charlotte (Hennessey) Stanton, and is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Edward Stanton, Jr.; husband, Samuel J. "Bud" Segal. Survivors include her daughters, Meghan Segal and Mildred (Dr. Kevin) McAveney; grandchildren, Avery, Keely, Connor & Ryan; nephew, Edward (Pamela) Lafferty and all their children; special friends, Jacqueline Hearsum and Jeanne Sage; numerous cousins, friends and those who affectionately knew her as "Aunt Della". Della spent over 30 years as a local realtor. Visitation will be held on Friday, October 22, 2010, 11:00 AM at Harvest Christian Community, 5780 Reynoldsburg Baltimore Road, Pickerington, OH 43147 with the Memorial Service to follow at 12 Noon. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
