Delores Jean Wheeler, 72, of Columbus, OH, passed away October 15, 2011 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. Delores was the youngest of 13 siblings, born in Lawrence County, Blaine, KY on July 28, 1939. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lon and Emily (Greene) Wheeler, sisters, Thelma Kazee, Laura Skaggs, Leanore Boggs, brothers, Leslie, Howard, Fred and Herman Wheeler. She is survived by sisters, Gladys Dials of Canal Winchester, OH, Leatrice (Jim) Creech of Waverly, OH, Maxine (Jesse) Holland of Arizona, Roberta Wheeler of Arizona, brother, Harry (Chris) Wheeler of Plain City, OH, sister-in-law, Pauline Wheeler of Kentucky and numerous loving nieces and nephews. Private graveside services will be held at a later date in Blaine, KY. Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, Grove City, OH is assisting the family with the arrangements.
