Anne Moreland of Tallahassee, Florida, grandsons Thomas Dale Williams, Sr. (wife Jodie) and Jeffrey B. Williams, great-grandson Thomas D. She graduated from Akron West High School and moved with her husband to Tallmadge in 1951, where she lived until June of 2005. Her illness recently progressed to the point where she could no longer be taken care of at home, and she moved to a nursing home in Columbus area. Delores was a past member of the Mr. and Mrs. Club of Tallmadge and the First Congregational Church of Tallmadge.
It was Delores' wish that no funeral services be conducted and that she be cremated. Delores visited with many of her friends and family prior to her death, and it was her wish that she be remembered as they knew her. The family will conduct a private memorial service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to A.L.S. Association, Northern Ohio Chapter, 2500 E. 22nd Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. Cards may be sent to Dale B.
