Born to parents William "Henry" & Gladys Duewell of Greenup County, KY. Delphia grew up with sisters, Dovie Groves, Darlene Hemmings and brother Dee Duewell. Delphia married Sylvan "Lewis" Fisher and they had one son Lewis "Paul" Fisher.
They lived in New Albany, OH for many years before retiring to Marengo, OH.
Delphia will be forever loved and remembered. She is survived by her son Lewis "Paul" Fisher (Kathy), grandson Brandon Fisher (Stephanie), 2 great grandsons Graham & Liam Fisher, her sister Darlene and countless other extended family and friends.
