Diana Lynn Hemme (Ferguson) (Brien),72, of Columbus passed away Saturday, April 30th, 2022.
Diana was born May 11th, 1949 to Gordon and Norma Jean (Nance) Brien.
She retired from Consolidated Stores Corporation after 22 years of service. She loved fishing, camping, going to the thrift store, spending time with family, and eating at Waffle House.
She was married to Peter H. Hemme for 15 years.
Diana will be deeply missed by her husband, Peter Hemme, children, Shawn Ferguson and Terry Ferguson, stepchildren, Mike Hemme, Pete Hemme, and John Rogers, grandchildren, Melinda Martin, Nicholas Martin, Samantha Ferguson, Shawn Ferguson II, Katherine Ferguson, and Alyssa Ferguson, great grandchildren, Meriea Martin, Hayleigh Van Hoose, Raelynn Charles, Emmett Charles, Karsyn Charles, Adalynn Hall, Sophia Hall, Christopher Hall II, and Asher Martin, sister Gloria Taynor, and countless other family and friends.
Diana was preceded in death by her father, Gordon Brien, mother, Norma Jean Brien, first husband Errol Ferguson, father-in-law Heinz Hemme, and mother-in-law Lucy Hemme.
Visitation will be held at Newcomer SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 on Saturday May 7th, 2022 from 10am to 12pm. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery with a graveside service officiated by Pastor Tim Womack.
