Dolores Jean Wilson, sunrise July 12, 1932, sunset July 8, 2021. Dolores passed away peacefully. She was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to Willie Henry Wilson and Olivia Wilson. She was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Dolores spent her entire working life in the restaurant industry. Dolores enjoyed cooking. She was fearlessly devoted to her sons. She was preceded in death by her parents Willie Henry, Olivia Wilson and step-mother Willie Mae Wilson, sisters Willa O'Day, Eartha Wagstaff and daughter-in-law Pamela Wilson. She is survived by sons Terence Wilson, Robert (Latonya) Wilson, grandchildren Robert Wilson, Terry Wilson, Tiffany Wilson Diggs, Robin (Michael deceased) Gayton, Marcus Sharael Wilson, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces Iantha Robinson, Susan Allen-Byrd, cousin Orson Webb and dear friend Elizabeth Hodge. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 10am until the time of service at 11am at Newcomer NE Chapel 3047 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Columbus. The family of Dolores Wilson would like to thank the staff of Mother Angeline McCrory Manor "Words can't express the gratitude we have for the love and care shown to our mother by the staff during her stay, especially during a year of Covid 19, God bless you all."
