Dominick Louis Rocchi, Age 70, of Gahanna, passed away Friday, June 9, 2023, with his loving wife by his side, after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
Dominick "Rocky" was born December 5, 1952, in Steubenville, OH to Dominick and Janet-Marie (Stringer) Rocchi.
Rocky, a retired development engineer and IT specialist, could fix anything, would drop everything to lend a hand, enjoyed Mustang GTs, flying remote-controlled model helicopters, was an avid techie. He lived life to the fullest, spending time with family and friends, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, and keeping up with the latest technology.
He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his wife, Lori (Anderson) Rocchi, his mother-in-law Roberta "Robbie" Mansfield, his daughter, Bridgett-Marie (Rocchi) House (Robert), his grand-daughter, Alexandra "Alex" House, along with innumerable friends and former co-workers.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Anna-Louise Rocchi.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Monday, June 19, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Coaches Gahanna, 230 Granville Street, Gahanna, Ohio 43230.
