Don Michael Preston

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Michael Preston who left us unexpectedly on 09/12/2024. Michael developed complications from abdominal surgery which led to his untimely passing. Born on 09/09/1975 in Columbus, Ohio. Michael was a cherished son, brother, father and friend.

 Michael was known for his determination, fun loving personality, sense of humor, friendly nature and fearless spirit. He had a passion for family, friends, sports, animals, travel and especially music - Music of all genres! These qualities brought joy to those around him. Michael graduated from both Columbus State Community College and Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree.

 Michael was proceeded in death by: Mother: Gayla J. Preston, Grandparents: Henry and Margaret Preston, Grandparents: William Roby, Jean Jeffers, God Father/Uncle: Michael E. Preston, Aunt: Lynn Preston, Great Uncle: Charles Davidson, Cousin: Sherrod Cooley-Gibbs. 

 He is survived by: Wife: Shelby Preston, Daughter: Reagan Skibinski, Father: Donald Preston, Stepmother Debra Preston, Twin Sister: Thea Preston, First cousin but more like a sister: Niccole Preston, Brother: Jonathan Preston, Granddaughter: Bria Rae, Nephew: Gaven Wright, Niece: Alex Wright, Aunts: Patricia Preston, Allyson Bolen, Ginny Davidson, Janet Jeffers, Uncles: Charles "Chuck" Davidson Jr., Brian Jeffers, Jeff Roby, Cousins: Ericka Price, Ryan Kramer, Karma Rain Kramer, Shane Lanning, Ava Lanning, Crate Price Jr., Christopher Preston, Holly May, Gabe Jeffers, Abigail Jeffers, Akili Preston, Angel Cooley, Tajuanna Preston, Clairessa Cooley, Margarita Mendieta, Fredrick "Bub" Boffman, Payton Preston, Brayden Lynn Preston, Sharzelle Lewis, KyShon Matthews.
