Donald Burroughs, 77, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 in Westerville, Ohio.
He was born on June 20, 1944 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Charles and Frances (Rather) Burroughs.
Don was loved by so many and lit up a room when he entered. He is survived by his wife Rose, who will love him until the day after forever. They enjoyed 53 years of marriage.
He is also survived by daughter, Leisa (Kenny) Morris; grandchildren, Jeremiah Morris and Joshua Morris.
Don also leaves behind sister, Judi (Jim) Latchford, cousins, Larry (Carol) Washburn, Debbie Washburn and Shawn Washburn, and Sharon Kruckeberg and Don Kruckeberg; also nieces and nephews, Suzannah Farley, Alan Farley, Colleen (Pat) Mallory and Megan (Greg) Morgan.
He is preceded in death by his son, Tony Burroughs; sister, Joann (Mike) Farley and nephew, Christopher Azure.
Don retired from AT&T and loved painting. He was an incredible artist, in four art leagues and in many art shows. He loved watercolors the most, mainly adorning our home. He painted with many artists who will never forget his talent, his smile and his laughter. He enjoyed walking, travelling and museums of art all over.
Thank you to our many friends and pastors at Grace Polaris who have been there constantly through his cancer, then through COVID pneumonia.
We will have a memorial service at a later date at Grace Polaris Church.
You will never be forgotten!
