Donald G. Lotz, 79, of Grove City, OH went home to be with the Lord on January 3, 2013. He was born in Fort Wayne, IN on August 15, 1933.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Alice Lotz. Surviving family includes, wife of 58 years, Marilyn, children, Marta VonDoehren, Alan Lotz, Donna Lotz, 2 grandsons, Jeremy and Randy and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was active in the Boy Scouts achieving Eagle Scout status. He served in the United States Army. He loved fishing, bowling, and baseball.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00pm, Monday, January 7, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home and Crematory, SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH, where a funeral service will be at 7:00pm, following the visitation at the funeral home. Donations in memory of Donald may be directed to the Salvation Army.
