Donald E. Georges, 80, Grove City, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2007. Born to the late Louis J and Fannie (Witherspoon) Georges on April 5, 1927, in Springfield, OH., Donald is preceded in death by sisters; Madeline Fortenberry and Mary Alberta Georges. Survivors include his wife Bonnie (McComas) Georges; daughter, Lisa (Mark) Finnell; sister, Charlotte Thompson; grandchildren, Javlin, Ryan, and Sara Finnell; nephew, Thomas Thompson; niece, Deanna Keene; several great nieces and nephews. Don served 20 years in the US Army and worked for Battelle Memorial Institute for 15 years. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 from 2-4PM & 6-8PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH with the service on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment 2:00 PM at Rose Hill Memorial Garden, 4781 S Charleston Road, Springfield, OH. Messages of condolence may be left at www.newcomerfamily.com
