Donald R. Grant, 71 of Westerville passed away May 3, 2006 at his residence. He was born on December 23, 1934 in Winfield, West Virginia to the late Arnold and Violet (Washington) Grant. Don was a 45 year em-ployee of Willamette Industries and was a member of Amvets Post # 89. He is preceded in death by his Parents; and four Brothers. Don is survived by his Loving and Devoted Wife of 50 Years, Anna (Legge) Grant; Daughter, Anna L. (Gary Rodgers) Grant; Son, Donald R. (April) Grant, Jr.; Step-Great-Grandson, Anthony Hancock; Brother, Denver Grant of W.V.; Sisters, Ivadean Barnett of W.V., Bonnie Beaver of W.V., Sue Carroll of W.V., and Kathaleen Erwin of W.V.; several Nieces and Nephews. Family will receive friends on Friday, May 5, 2006 from 8:00 A.M. – 10:30 A.M. at the Newcomer Funeral Home N.E. Chapel 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10:30 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Blendon Central Cemetery. Messages of Condolence may be left at www.newcomerfamily.com.
