Donald Riddick

Donald Lee Riddick, 62 a resident of Grandview Heights died April 25, 2004 as a result of a heart attack. Don was born June 12, 1941 to George Riddick and Ethel Baggett Riddick Blanchard in Suffolk, VA. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Don worked in the stores and receiving departments of The Ohio State University for over 30 years. He also worked to beautify landscapes for many Central Ohio families. His brother Jerry, half-brother Murray (Junior) Blanchard and half-sisters Lois Riedy and Peggy Yoder, survive Don. His four children: Heidi (JR) Griggs, Jill (David) Crabbe, Mahlon and Justin Riddick will miss him. His grandchildren, Allison, Nathan and Heather, were the loves of his life. Rob Suttle and countless special friends and co-workers will remember Don for his willingness to help anyone whenever possible. A memorial service will be 7:00 PM, Tuesday May 4, 2004 at NEWCOMER-FARLEY FUNERAL HOME 3047 East Dublin Granville Road. Columbus Pastor Owen Stotts officiating.
