Donald "Don" Wilson

Donald L. Wilson, age 78, of Columbus passed away on February 14, 2023. He was born on December 9, 1944 to the late Donald and Evelyn Wilson.
Don is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Nancy; son, BJ (Missy) Wilson; daughter, Stacia (Hector) Gutierrez; brother, Bill (Joanie) Wilson; grandson, Payton (Alison) Gutierrez; granddaughters, Sophia Gutierrez, Sydney Wilson, Gracey Wilson; great-grandchildren, Vyvian, Melina and Maggie.
Don was an avid golfer and loved Notre Dame sports. He graduated from the first alumni class at DeSales High School and continued to stay an active supporter of the athletic program. Don's favorite past time was watching the grandchildren play sports. To know Don you knew that he loved his family fiercely and will be forever missed.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Don's memory to OhioHealth Hospice.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Newcomer Northeast, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road. Memorial service will begin at 5:45 p.m. at the funeral home.
