Donna J. Carter, 78 years young of Ashville, OH now resides in Heaven with her husband as of Thursday, July 29, 2021.
Donna was retired from the State of Ohio, BWC after 30 plus years of public service.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Merrell Carter; one of her brothers and many special aunts and family members.
Donna is survived by her daughter, Maria (Rick) Wilson; her only grandson, Michael O'Neal; her brothers, Duke and Gibby; her only sister, Sherry; her best friend, Helen Walker; loving aunt Cletie Flucke and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In honoring her wishes, cremation will take place and no services will be held.
