Donna M. Choulat

Donna M. Choulat, 67, passed away May 19, 2021. She was preceded in death by father, Donald Paul; husband, David L. Choulat I; grandson, Dylan Henderson; brother-in-law, Bob Melfe; grandparents and several aunts and uncles.

Donna is survived by mother, Lucille Conard; children, Angela (Dave) Choulat, David L. (Krystal) Choulat II, and Aliviah (Corey) Hilliard; grandchildren, Elise (Josh), Chasity (Ernest), Logan, Collin, Matthew, Emma, Rosalie, and Evie; siblings, Ruth, Brenda, Linda, Judy, and Kitty; Cathy and Al.

Donna was the heartbeat of her church family and her own family. She kept everyone together and was a guiding force. She loved her God and her family fiercely.

Celebration of Life Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 1pm until the time of Service at 2pm at Christ the King Community Church, 15598 Mcclelland Rd, Fredericktown, OH 43019. The family respectfully asks that you still wear your masks for safety.
