Donna's career in public service was marked by her dedication to the State of Ohio's Department of Transportation, where she contributed significantly during her years of service before retiring.
A passionate crochet enthusiast, Donna found joy and solace in her hobbies and had a particular affinity for animals. This love for pets was embodied by her special cat, Sophie, who provided her with companionship and comfort.
Donna was immensely proud of her daughter, Wendy, cherishing their bond and celebrating Wendy's achievements as one of her proudest accomplishments. Surrounded by a loving family, Donna is survived by her loving daughter Wendy Collymore, her sister, Casandra Metcalfe; her sister, Bonita Mahaffey; and her nephew, Wayne (Shaunna) Ford.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Ford, her mother, Pearline Metcalfe and her brother, Robert Ford. Her legacy of love and dedication will live on through the lives she touched and the memories cherished by her family and friends. Donna Lee Collymore will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
