Donna F. Self, 66, Reynoldsburg, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2008, surrounded by her loving family. Born to the late Harvey and Joan (Kruczek) Van Horne in Chicago, IL., Donna is also preceded in death by a brother, Kurt Van Horne. Survivors include her husband, Warren Self; daughter, Deborah Denney; sons, Everett (Anne), John (Jennifer), and Joseph (Jodelle) Denney; sisters, Linda Wise and Pam (Dan) DeMatteo; brothers, Daniel and Brian Van Horne; and 12 grandchildren. Donna is also survived by her husbands children; Erica (Michael) McClaskie, Curt Self, Christopher Self, and Dr. Todd Troy. Donna was a member of Faternal Order of Eagles #2252, American Legion Post 430, FOPA, Aladdin Shriners of Columbus, and The Swiss Club Auxiliary. Donna was a very loving mother, grandmother, trusted friend, and never met a stranger. She was one of a kind and will be missed dearly by her family. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4, 2008, 5-7 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3047 East Dublin Granville Road, Columbus, OH with a memorial service at 7:00 PM.
