Donna Kay (Webb) Harr, 68, passed away Sept. 24, 2021. She was preceded in death by parents, Carl and Louise Webb; brothers, Darrell, Edward, and James Webb; sister, Carol Dagis. Donna is survived by husband, Samuel Harr; six children; eleven grandchildren; brothers, Farrell (Debra) and Robert (Theresa) Webb; aunt, Kathy Chaffin; several nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
Donna adored her grandchildren. She was loved by everyone she met and was considered the neighborhood mom.
Visitation Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021 from 11am until the time of Funeral Service at 11:30am at Sunset Cemetery, Galloway, OH.
