Donna Jo(Schlicher) Harper

Donna Jo (Schlicher) Harper 47, of Grove City, OH passed away March 7, 2012. She was born August 19, 1964 in Parkersburg, WV.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Richard and Dorothy Mae (Rhodes) Schlicher. Survivors include her loving husband, Michael Harper; children, Alexis D.N. Ross, Nicholas J.M. Harper and Emily Jo Harper; siblings, Penny L. (Sam) Blackwell of Tujunga, CA, and Robert R. (Dianne) Schlicher of Canal Winchester, OH; nephew, Kurt R. (Crystal) Schlicher of Canal Winchester, OH and niece, Maegan D. Schlicher of Canal Winchester, OH.
Donna attended both Ohio University and DeVry University. She worked with several area social services agencies and was a huge advocate for those with developmental disabilities. Donna was a devoted wife, mother, sister and aunt, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel, 3393 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the funeral home officiated by Pastor Edwin Lewis. Memorial donations in Donna's name may be made to a charity of your choice.
