Donna Jean Lewis, 80, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born on September 29, 1941 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Sam and Ruth Sanfillipo.
Donna is preceded in death by brothers, Richard Sanfillipo, Michael Sanfillipo; sister, Dollie Vennetti; numerous aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donna is survived by her children, Tommy (Melody) Lee Lewis, II, Tammy (Terry) Lee Walker, Sammy L. Lewis; brother, Julian (Evelyn) Sanfillipo, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was also a mom for some very special friends.
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel, 3047 East Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, Ohio 43231. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 11:00 am also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Columbus Northeast Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
